Booking Fee

Selected treatments do require a non- refundable booking fee, this is due to larger appointment slots.

Email Reminder Service & Late Cancellations Policy

We kindly ask that you please do not rely on our email reminder service, as we do not have personal control over this service. It is an automatic response from our booking system. Please check your junk emails to ensure they are not getting lost in there.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or amendments of appointments as they have a detrimental impact on small businesses like ourselves. We are a busy salon and usually have a cancellation list, enough notice will hopefully give us more time to try and fill the appointment slot.

Your appointment is your responsibility, if you do not attend or if we are unable to fill if your appointment slot. Unfortunately a cancellation fee will be applied.

Treatment Times

All timings shown on our treatment menu refer to appointment times and not treatment times. The appointment time includes: arrival, consultation, treatment time and post consultation.

No Children Policy

As much as we love hearing about your kiddies, unfortunately we are a Child and baby free salon. This is to keep the salon a quiet haven for other mums to relax without their little ones, but also for health and safety reasons.

Please note all purchases of Gift Vouchers are Cash only and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
